Social media plug-ins

Our website features five plug-ins for easy sharing and following our social media pages: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google+. Being on our website does not automatically result in sharing data on these social media networks. These plugins remain inactive (idle) until clicked upon. Independent Recourse Mechanism

VPT is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, VPT commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact VPT. VPT will accept liability in the case that VPT mishandles data unless VPT can provide documentation that it was not responsible for the event that led to the damage.

VPT has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to American Arbitration Association, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please visit for more information or to file a complaint.
