We're excited to announce that we have updated our website to include the option to download product STEP files directly from the product's page! You will no longer need to contact our sales team to receive the STEP files for your desired product.
To ensure a seamless download process of product STEP files, we have created a detailed outline to help guide you through the process. If you experience any difficulty in downloading STEP files or have any questions, please contact our team.
How to Download Product STEP Files
1. Navigate to Your Desired Product on the VPT Website
From our website, you can select your desired product by either navigating to the Products Page or by using the search bar to arrive at the product list. From the list, select the desired product you would like to download a STEP file for.

2. Select the "Download STEP Files" Button
After arriving at the Product Page and selecting your product, navigate and click on the "Download STEP Files" button that is below the product description.

3. Complete the Download Request Form
Once you have clicked the "Download STEP Files" button, a Download Request Form will display. Please complete this form with your information, such as your first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, and country.
After filling out the fields, select the "Download STEP Files" button at the bottom of the completed form. This will automatically download the selected product's STEP files.

4. Retrieve and Explore Your Downloaded STEP Files
Your product STEP files are now downloaded to your device and are ready to be explored. Depending on device and browser, your downloaded files may also appear as a download notification on your browser and in your "Downloads" folder.
